Day 8, 9, 10 & 11

Jan 14.

Thursday, I went to my 1030 class! Legit, ALL GIRLS again, 3 guys I think. So I was just sitting here, it's hotel planning class, and everyone's like local....and I was about to drop this class cause I didn't know anyone and the professor is like the boringest woman ever. I think they just give you handouts to read, I got one but when the TA came around, he was like "oh you can only get this if you are registered" cause my courses didn't go through yet.. and I was like "oh that's fine, I wasn't gonna read it anyways" and this was all in English, then the guy behind me all introduces himself, the girls don't talk to mee, assholes. So we're all speaking english, and he's like "soo have you been cheated yet?!" and I'm like "what do you mean?" He's like "ripped off" and I'm like " no....i speak chinese to them LOL" and he's like "wow, nay ban yeah" LOL cause the whole time he thought I didn't know any Chinese but I thought it was pretty funny to just pretend I don't know so I can listen if they talk about me. He's mad chill. He told me everyone knew each other because they been taking classes with each other for 3 years, like primary school. We get breaks in between classes, for like 15 minutes. This class was 2 hours long. And when I thought the teacher was gonna let us out...she gives us an activity. that includes..math. and when she does really let us out, people don't even leave, they don't run to the door like umass kids, so I was like..."why don't they like run?!!" to the guy and I forgot what he said.

Then I went to OAL to pick up my octopus slip so I can get student discount on the train, half price!!! The octopus card is mad useful, it's like a debit card, lots of places accept it. Then I went to meet up with Cathy...met her on the bus, hahaha, what a coincidence, and then I met Kent who's from the US as well. We went to Shatin Mall and walked out and took a random bus that just said Tsuen Wan Market, NO CLUE where that was but we hopped on and boy...we went FAR. We ate at a legit chinese food place, the english menu was priced higher, so I was asking the lady we were sharing a table with, because here you share tables... and she was reading the menu to me and I ordered the fried noodles with ham and beansprout and hot lemon tea (mad good!) and cathy had the dried fish fried rice and coffee and kent got the beef with rice and ...sweet and sour sauce?!  with really strong tea, omg.

So after we finished we looked for an HSBC bank since Cathy wanted to open one, we found one but they said to open one we have to go across the bridge/walkway we just came from so we asked if there was one in Shatin and there was so we headed back. I got boba tea, so milk tea. The place was new. I really wanted thai iced tea but they have no clue what it is. Found the bank, cathy didnt have enough money and she forgot her license so i was just like, open the one at school, gosh. Went to parknshop and met up with Kent, Edwardo, and Kelvin. I finally found out who Edwardo is, LOL he was the kid who was sitting in the seat in front who's alex's friend from Columbia, and Kelvin was there too, they apparently ran into each other at the station, kelvin runs into everyone at the station! We decided to go to Mong Kok to look for an USB flash drive and a memory card. Went on the train mad times that day. So they got their things and we got some street food. squid and some fried ball thing with veggies in it. I was so stuffed. Then we went back to...campus and I met up with Vickie and Miho and we wanted to go to Shaw canteen to get dinner but..it was closed so we hopped on a bus and went to Uni Station. I got 12 little shumais LOL. $7 for 6. Loveee this place! it's a lil food store at the station. Then I got a piece of cake from 7-11. And the 3 Koreans came, Lim, Jean and Bonnie and we headed to LFK for Club Bejing. I need some clothes, like nice dresses and heels! Then Nickie came.

On the train..I realized I fucking forgot my passport copy. SO Nickie lent me her id, and the guy like "no." cause it obv didn't look like me. So I just stared at him. Then he gives me a slip for a free glass of champange and stamps my hand. Thank god. LOL. So we went in. Assholes at the coat check wouldn't give me a refund when I decided I wanted my hoodie back. So w/e. EVERYONE smokes in the club. omgggg, oh first time clubbing in HK btw. So I been a pretty good girl!. Got some free drinks. ...Went home around 6am? Cathy lost her BB in the taxi, Christine didn't bring her key... So she slept in my livig room.

Jan 15.

Friday. So I woke my ass up at 10am, shoulda been 9am, showered, the cleaning lady yelled at Christine lol, telling her she can't be here. Then Christine went back to her room to shower, and I met up with Cathy who was 30 minutes late. We went to United College canteen to eat, waited for Christine too.

Then Christine left. Helped Cathy open a bank account and go to OAL. Met up with Christine at the station. Cathy and I went to Wan Chai to get a visa for mainland China and Christine went to visit her aunt to open a bank account. I want a multi entry one so I didn't get my visa, Cathy passed in hers for double entry, We ate at Deli France, I got peanut butter/cheese toast and ice lemon tea, and a crossant with ice cream. Then met up with Christine and we walked around...got my shower caddy finally! YAY. Don't have to make multiple trips to my room to bring stuff in the bathroom. Saw so many Filipino prostitute shops..Then we left so we can make it back for dinner and the club at United College "Pre-party".. Ate at the staff restaurant, got the dried fish fried rice and pork fried noodles and corn soup. Then we went back to the dorms and then went to the UC Bar at 1030pm I think. Then walked to Uni Station, so farrr. Caught the train to LKF. Went to Ashtray and some other place across from LKF Hotel. I shall dress nice next time. Then around 4am brought wasted Christine home with her two friends and Cathy went with her other friends earlier and her friends phone died so we just peaced.

Jan 16.

Saturday. Her friend's friend stayed in my room and I did not wake up at 7am to go to Macau, but around 9am I woke up, her friend left at 10amish and I went to a BBQ thing with Vickie and Miho at 1130ish. IT WAS MAD WEIRD. At the end we were in a circle ..and singing a song about jesus, which was when I was like "WTF" and I had to explain to Vicki they were trying to convert us. How awkward. But the BBQ was fun, GOod food, ate so much, and got ice cream, it was $40HKD per person.

Went back to Ihouse and put sneakers on, and went to Uni Station to take the mini bus to some place for Stephen's Birthday. I wasn't really hungry but I ate anyways, I think it was around 50$ per person? I thought we were gonna eat cake! but I think they just gave it to Stephen. I got red bean ice cream and went back to the room and slept..at 12am while my two roomies stayed up. OMG. the local legit did not sleep all night, everytime I woke up to pee she was awake.

Jan 17.
Sunday. I woke up around 845am and SHE WAS AWAKE. WTH. Anyways, I showered and left the dorm at 930am to catch the 940am bus which came at 950am to Uni STation. Got off at Mong Kok East and took a mini bus to the place near my aunts. Almost did not get off, but intuition told me to ask the people in front of me if I was at the place I should be. Got off the bus and my aunt was there! hahaaha, ate dim sum wit her and uncle 2 and grandma. Then we went to aunty's house, saw her cat, called my motherrrr, and grandma and uncle 2 left, then me and aunty went to Olympian City and shopped, attempted to buy a bag and boots but fail. Then went to Mong Kok, got a dress!!!! Bitch would not let me haggle, whatever it was 139$HKD so not bad. One size though..... Then we had dinner around 6pm. Got a polo blanket with a cover..so cute!! 600$HKD so I don't freeze my ass off when I sleeepp, and I got an extra blanket for anyone who stays over..First class tomorrow at 530pm...4 of 5 courses got approved..I don't know what happened to my history class... FAIL.
