Day 30, 31, 32, 33, & 34

Feb 5

Friday. I successfully only got to class 3 mins late..woke up at 830am, got there at 933. And of course I sat in the back. Haha, His name was Wilson Wu. It was a struggle to stay awake..yes I admit. He's the same age as my prof so prob 30ish since they all have PHD's. He talked til 11. And I ate peanut butter ritz crackers while he talked. Then I chilled in the lecture room after my prof and him dissapeared! And my group helped me find the kids who were gonna join them for lunch as well. The Guest place was booked, sOO we went to the Hyatt Regency Hotel by Uni Station! YES MY FIRST HOTEL VISIT. I watch the kids play monopoly..cards...with hong kong destinations...before we went. I met more friends that were local. How cute. There were 10 people including me. Omg, I think Iris paid..that musta been a lot because the things were really expensive...199$HKD x 6 and add more dishes! SO probably 400$USD for lunch! DAMN. I legit did not know that we didn't have to pay. Then I went back and some of the locals I met came over to I-house to check it out. Then I took a nap until Jolly called to wake me up for dinner, cause I was totally gonna just sleep through it all. We went to New Asia. It was OKAY food, and red bean was okay. Then I went to his room to check it out. Then I came back here..tried to look for internships for summer but fail. They all start in june. FML. I'm here til july. So there goes working... :(

It's soooo weird not workingggggg. I'm making dumplings tomorrow with some ihouse people, an event the ihouse committee made. Local hasn't been here since last night. I like. I like. No one to wake my ass up.

Saturday. I woke up around...2pm. Then I got ready...and went downstairs to the dumpling making event..at 430pm. I made dumplings...put the meat into the skin, and it was horrible haha, i'll leave it to the pros next time! I joined this mandarin group because I was too lazy to see if I knew anyone. They were pretty chill, made lots of dumplings. Then I ate a lot, it was my breakfast and lunch...and I drank two lil boxes of malted soy milk and took two..and took a pack of lays chips, ahahahaa. Came back to room around 630..watched an episode of house and fell asleep til 10ish..showered, and I just ate dinner at like 12am. And munching on chips..and peanut butter crackers. Haha, my 3rd roomie (Meng) was like "wow you been here alot, like the past 3 days!" and I was like explaining to her how I'm really lazy and I need to keep from spending money cause I want to travel around before I leave...so I'm trying HARD to get free food and not spend money on pointless shit. Though I want to buy lots of masks and makeup aka bb creams, they're pretty amazing I heard and you can't get it through the states, and if you could, it's through ebay, way more than what you pay here so I rather buy a bunch and bring it back! I don't know when I'll be sleeping..I have to get up around 8amish to get ready to go see my aunt for dimsum... hmm and hopefully get friggin internet on my phone!! I have a lot of stuff to do..I need my HK ID. And call mommaaaa.

Feb 7

Sunday. I woke up late...should have gotten up at 9am..but I went to bed at 6 am, so fail, woke up at 930, got to where my aunt lives at ..11..we went dim summing, yum! I had to steal someone's umbrella, in the living room, since it was raining..Then we went shopping, I got 5 things, 2 shirts and 3 cardigans or something that resembles it. Then we went back to her apt around..5ish-6, missed my mom's call since she was suppose to call around 1 but I was shopping..and it was raining SO BAD. I had the butter/pineapple bun..fresh outta the oven and the egg tarts, the egg tarts were so  hot it like was still burning as it went down my throat, damn! Went to this "malaysian" restaurant near her apt around 730pm and then I headed back and got to dorm around 10pm. Then I had the BIGGEST headache ever so I slept..at 11pm..My 3rd roomie was very nice and turned out the lights since I was like in so much pain and was trying realllyy hard to sleep.

Feb 8

Monday. I had 12 hours of sleep! OH MY GOD. Still sleepy though. I'm at the library right now..waiting for my first class at 530pm. I went to Shatin to this ramen place with Nicky. $52? Then shopped around for a bit..and finally got my purse! A purse that I fell kinda in love with..on sale so...20ish$USD! nice. It was raining again..so I stole an umbrella again...Got tirimisu which was soo gross at Ciao Bella Caffe $24.

I did NOT fall asleep during the 45 minutes lecture! Hurray! Met up with Nicky at Residence 3&4 busstop, her bus was slower than mines! We went back to my room..stayed for about an hour before we headed over to Jean's. Went over around 730pm, checked out her room, and left for MTR at 8pm. Got to Mong Kok at 9? and waited until 950, and finally we were seated! I ordered 8 plates of sushi! 6 of which were rolls...Half off, so in the end my bill was $152HKD. Then we as in ME AND JEAN took the light bus back alonee, cause Nicky took another one....it was Jean's first bus ride! in Hong Kong anyways. ALmost missed the CU stop because I'm deaf but Jean dragged me off and the guy behind us confirmed it the University lol. Walked back from TCW alll the way to Ihouse. Then. I. have no clue what I did after. I think I went to bed around 4.

Feb 9

Tuesday. I got up to have lunch with Alex, dumbo got out early and didn't call me and was almost done when I got to Benjamin Franklin..and did I mention, there was a long line..out the door?! So we went downstairs, caught up and he watched me eat. My food was yummyyy!. I likee! Tried to learn what it was in Chinese from the cashier..but fail. Good thing this place has the food name in Chinese on the receipt, no need for work on my part! I went to Hotel Design class after, went to HMG dept to see if I could hop on that hotel tour coming up...I get to go on the 2nd one even though I'm studying abroad, yay!! EXCITED. The lady was like "I'll email you.." and I was about to ask if she wanted my name and I guess she could see that so she was like "I know who you are, don't worry" SO great! NICE. Oh and I finally got onto the China Mobile plan..except the main reason to get it was so I can go on aim...24/7 BUT it won't work, only websites work. FML. $110 a month. Frustrated. I then spent the next 3 hours in the library trying to find solutions..I think my BB is too new..that's why it doesn't work. Great. I have class soo early tomorrowww, 930am. I'll probably end up late..oh well, the perks of NO attendence! I just need to talk to prof about group thing, since...I don't know who doesn't have a group and..everyone's local..except this white kid that I don't talk to. Oh English table was nice, good food, I love free food, free food is always good food!
